Well I go off to another poker night at Matilda’s. I’m not big on going alone, I pick up my friend Molly. We arrive, grab a beer and take our seats. Well, I’m playing, top 10’s all night and ultra tight. Third time around a dealer, nothing is hitting the plate except threes and sevens. I’m holding a double D’s in 3A in my pocket. Dealer raises double the blind pre-flop. I call, flopped 3(s)7(c)K(h), dealer raises double blind again. Guy in seat 4 re-raises, I figure the guy has Mixed KK or the dealer has a pocket pair with possible trip. So bets are up to 3000 to stay in, I’m too tight, so I fold. Guess what pops out for fourth street and the turn? 3h3c Wtf? So, my night isn’t starting good. I win a few hands with high pocket pairs and a few slit pots. Two hours later I’m at one of the the final three tables. And I’m the small stack out of all the tables with a $3000 in chips I draw AK in spades and it’s finally a real hand that I have, I go all in and every one call my pre-flop raise with some of the ugliest hands in the world. I hit not a thing and loose to a pair of 3’s. Spades have never worked for me and will never. Spades can go suck a bag of dicks. I hate poker. I need to change my turn of luck some time. I’ll try some full tilt later, I did and lost every game I played and never made it to any final table, God damn Murphy’s law.
Well, I’m a Texas Holem fanatic with an ultra conservative view on politics. Love to work hard and play hard, that’s my motto. I am also a firm believer in Murphy’s law. It’s basically the truth, with any thing that can go wrong will.
